Anuj is a social entrepreneur and a development practitioner with over 20 years of experience in designing and scaling up low-cost, high-impact, large-scale, sustainable solutions for underserved communities across India. He is an engineer by training, holds a PGDRM from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, and is an Amul-Tata scholar, and a GSBI fellow. He led the scale-up of Piramal Sarvajal prior to his current role. Before May 2009, as part of the national leadership team of Pratham India, an education non-profit, he built and led the Rajasthan chapter of Pratham.
Anuj has been a speaker at several platforms, a CMO Asia awardee, member of several committees and consultations, and guest faculty at academic institutes. He contributes learnings and insights on working with first-mile communities while leveraging technology and decentralized models.
