Kapil has over 5 years of experience working across research, data analysis, public policy, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder management in the development sector. He brings a flexible, problem-solving approach to his work, often taking on diverse roles as required to strengthen program design, implementation, and learning.
With a background spanning civil engineering and development studies, Kapil combines technical rigor with a strong grounding in social and policy analysis. His work is anchored in the use of data and evidence to enable rigorous analysis, diagnose problems, inform strategy, and support effective decision-making across diverse programmatic and policy contexts.
Prior to joining Arghyam, Kapil has worked on a range of engagements across policy research, program analytics, and impact assessments. His experience includes supporting large-scale development programs, contributing to policy and research frameworks, and working with public institutions and civil society organizations to strengthen evidence-based decision-making.
Kapil is an alumnus of Nirma University (Ahmedabad), BITS Pilani, and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai."
